What is your refund or exchange policy?

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. See our Shipping and Returns Policy for more information.


Do you accept insurance?

Currently Blue Mountain Sleep doesn't accept any insurance including Medicare, Medicaid or Private insurance. We keep our prices low and will also price match any retailer's advertised prices.


How do I know my transaction will be safe?

We value our customer's privacy and security here at Blue Mountain Sleep Shop. Our shopping cart use a secure third party payment gateway to keep customer contact, payment, and personal information completely safe from start to finish.


What happens after I’ve placed my order?

After you place an order, your account will be assigned to one of our DME account executives who will send you a confirmation email or contact you if they need more information. Our DMEs are experienced, friendly professionals who will work from start to finish to make sure that your questions are answered, keep you updated on your order's status, and follow up with you after delivery. 


How are products delivered to me?

We have an affiliated Medical Director, Raj Kakar, M.D., M.P.H., a nationally distinguished leader in Sleep Health.  Having Dr. Kakar as a member of our team ensures that all of our Home Sleep Apnea Tests are reviewed and signed off by a recognized and respected Sleep Health Physician.
